Homemade Instruments

Hi. Thanks for stopping by...I have been making sound sculptures, cigar box guitars, and other musical objects for a couple years now. They are used in live performance and on recordings. I have also been making them in workshops with students and using them in ensembles where people want a unique sound or don't have an option for affording a more expensive instrument. Below is an improvised composition performed live using all of the instruments you see on this page.
